Appointment Policies & Cancellations
At The Dreamhouse, every service is performed with care, precision, and professionalism. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and effective experience for every client. Clear communication and mutual respect are essential to achieving the best possible results.
By booking an appointment with The Dreamhouse, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Client Consent & Responsibility
By receiving services at The Dreamhouse, you consent to the services you have selected and understand that results may vary. You acknowledge that additional treatments may be recommended for optimal results or ongoing maintenance.
You agree that you have disclosed all relevant information, including but not limited to:
medical conditions
medications
allergies
topical products or treatments
pregnancy or lactation status
Your practitioner will take every reasonable precaution to minimize adverse reactions. However, you understand that your results and skin response depend in part on following professional recommendations and proper home care.
You release and hold harmless The Dreamhouse, Southern Sugaring, LLC, and its employees and agents from liability arising from services performed or products recommended for at-home use during past, current, or future visits, except in cases of gross negligence.
Professional Conduct Policy
The Dreamhouse maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.
Any racist, discriminatory, illicit, or sexually suggestive remarks or advances—perceived or otherwise—directed toward any staff member will result in immediate termination of the appointment. The full cost of the scheduled service will still apply.
Our space is professional, respectful, and inclusive. This policy exists to protect both clients and providers.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer availability to clients on our waitlist.
The following fees apply:
Cancellations or reschedules within 6 hours of the appointment time:
→ 50% of the scheduled service priceNo-show appointments (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment):
→ 100% of the scheduled service price
Late arrivals will be treated for the remaining time of the appointment when possible. The full service price still applies.
Payments, Deposits & Prepayment
Clients who late cancel or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments. All deposits, prepayments, and fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
If a card on file fails to process applicable charges, payment will be required before any future appointments can be scheduled.
By booking an appointment, you authorize The Dreamhouse to charge the card on file in accordance with these policies and agree not to dispute applicable charges.

These policies exist to protect the time, safety, and professionalism of both our clients and our providers. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the standards we uphold.
